Bakuchiol, Huh?

Bakuchiol, Huh?

Bakuchiol is a natural retinol alternative that can help boost collagen production while working as an anti-inflammatory and as an antioxidant. Thus, helping to reduce signs of visible aging (wrinkles). It doesn’t have the same irritating side-effects or sensitivity as traditional retinol, so even those with dry or sensitive skin can use it without worry!

Bakuchiol is also antibacterial, which is helpful for oily or acne prone skin. Since bakuchiol is very stable, you can use it with other products in your skincare routine without the typical negative interactions you would find with conventional retinol.

How to benefit from it

Our Phyto Clear is beautifully formulated with two different types of botanical retinols, bakuchiol and moth bean. It is a super light-gel facial cream that absorbs into the skin leaving no extra residue. It is the perfect way to introduce the benefits of botanical retinol into your everyday skincare routine!

If you are seeking even further retinol-alternative benefits, the Phyto Clear pairs perfectly with Fullmoon Serum to keep your face feeling and looking luxurious ;)
