Meet Fatima: Customer Experience
My name is Fatima, and I recently joined the Graydon Skincare team! My role in Customer Experience is to respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat and social media. I also aid shoppers through virtual personal shopping and create social media content.
I’d like to share a few personal things about myself! One of my favourite things to do is read! I find that it is a great stress reliever and helps calm my mind. My number one genre is mystery! I also love romance, sci-fi and adventure books. Other activities I enjoy are cooking, watching tv, listening to music and spending time with my loved ones.
I discovered my love for clean beauty in 2016 when I began doing research on the skincare brands I used and how their ingredients were sourced. Looking at their formulations, I realized that these were not products I wanted to continue using. I began doing research on clean and organic skincare brands. This is where my passion for health and beauty began to blossom. I decided to study esthetics to further my knowledge on all things beauty related. I graduated from Seneca College’s Esthetics program in 2019.
After graduating, I worked in retail at a clean beauty store and a wax bar. Through these opportunities, I was able to learn more about beauty brands that focus on ethically sourced ingredients and using plant alternatives. One of the brands I was introduced to was Graydon Skincare. I started using their products and I was so impressed! If I had to pick one, my favourite products would be the Fullmoon Serum and Phyto Clear! I have noticed how, since I began using these products, my skin is more hydrated and the appearance of my pores is minimized!
I love that I get to work for a skincare brand that believes in sustainability and has a true passion for feeding the skin with plant powered, vegan, results-driven ingredients. I am excited to be a part of the Graydon Skincare team and for its growth and bright future!
