If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we can re-ship your order for a re-shipping fee. 


If you receive a Notice of Delivery card from UPS and your order is dropped off at a Pickup Point, you have 15 days to retrieve your package. If your order is not picked up in this timeframe, it will be returned to us. We can re-ship your order for a re-shipping fee.
