Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages

We offer Safe Ship. This insurance covers lost, stolen and damaged packages. For a small percentage of your order, you can get coverage on your package. You can add Safe Ship to your order by selecting the toggle button. This can be found under the checkout button. 

Lost/Stolen packages: If you have not received your package 24 hours after it is marked as delivered, please contact us to confirm your shipping address. If the shipping address entered at checkout matches the shipping address provided, our Customer Experience team will proceed with resending your order. 

For customers that opt out of Safe Ship: We encourage you to file a missing package claim with the carrier.
