The seasons are in transition, school is picking up and the holidays are around the corner. Jeeze-la-weeze. 

Life can get stressful pretty fast - and so can your skin.

Regardless of the stressor, you may notice that it can manifest on your face one way or another. Maybe through blemishes, red spots, or dry patches, the changes in weather, stress-levels, and even your hormones can make a big impact on your skin.

If you are human (like me) you may feel overwhelmed through all these changes. I would suggest self-care and some time for yourself (even if it’s 10 minutes!).

A few minutes dedicated to yourself and some simple skincare can help do the trick! The Putty is a powerhouse facial cream that helps stressed out skin. Need a routine?
