Black Lives Matter

We don’t know how to best be part of the solution (yet) but we are having challenging conversations, asking questions, and listening carefully.
We know that we’re not going to get this right every step of the way.
But we are open and committed to doing our best.

It won’t solve the problem but something concrete we can do right now is to support good causes.

We have donated to 4 organizations thus far:

1. The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund is America's premier legal organization fighting for racial justice.

2. Campaign Zero which works to end police brutality in America through research-proven strategies.

3. Color of Change works to make government more responsive to racial disparities.

4. Black Lives Matter - Canada is the Canadian Chapter of Black Lives Matter, an international organization of and movement fighting police and state violence and anti-black racism.

We acknowledge that we have more work to do.
Thank you for being on this journey with us.

Plant-Based Milk Recipes by Skin Chef Graydon

Let’s clarify this first…all milk alternatives are far better for the planet than dairy. A 2018 study* by researchers at the University of Oxford showed that producing a glass of dairy milk results in almost three times more greenhouse gas emissions than any plant-based milk and it consumes nine times more land than any of the milk alternatives.
